Job description
We are looking for a Bangalore Based B2B Business Development Executive, who will primarily be responsible for bringing in new customers, and support existing customer relationships within the organization. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, has a technical bent of mind, with prior experience in selling cloud based and Desktop Based software, a strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strong Experience in Business Development management, IT Service sales, Software Sales, Deal Closure, End to end Sales.
2. Periodically engage existing customers to understand their evolving business requirements, provide appropriate support, and propose additional solutions.
3. Update sales data with the opportunity pipeline and respective status of various leads.
4. Observe and understand Industry behavior/trends.
5. Monitor competitor offers and products.
6. Generate New sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent spoken and written Hindi, South Language and English.
2. Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
3. Strong work ethic.
4. Demonstrated experience in Customer facing B2B (preferred) or B2C Sales.
5. Experience in selling enterprise software solutions to Small & Medium Businesses.
6. Strong customer interaction & negotiation skills.

The Incentives structure will totally based on the Candidate’s Performance. Salary will be negotiable and decided at the time of Final Interview.
